Shree Ganesh Remedies Limited Proposes Final Dividend for Financial Year 2022

Shree Ganesh Remedies Limited informed that the Company has fixed 7 September, 2023 as `Record Date' for the purpose of determining entitlement of the shareholders of the Company to receive Final Dividend of 5% (INR 0.50 per equity share of paid-up value of INR 10 each and INR 0.30 per equity share of paid-up value of INR 6 each) for the Financial Year 2022-23. The said Dividend, if declared by the shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting, shall be paid on or after 25th September, 2023, subject to deduction of tax at source as applicable.
